Our CNC Milling service is available in a wide range of materials, we use high precision state of the art equipment to manufacture prototypes, short, and mid run production of your parts. Our Machinists are true craftsmen! Most people don’t think about machining this way but we do! We take into consideration both the manufacturing to the end use of your piece while making your prototypes and or production parts. We make sure your parts are made to your specifications through each process of development and manufacturing. We listen to your needs and make your parts efficiently!

Our 4th axis milling capability can machine complex shapes as well as features 360 degrees around a parts axis.

We have a precision, state of the art CNC lathe to manufacture prototypes, short, and mid run production of your parts. Our lathe experts are craftsmen! Most people don’t think about machining this way but we do! We take into consideration both the manufacturing and the end use of your piece while making your prototypes and/or production parts. Whether a finished or component part we make sure it is  made to your specifications through each process of development and manufacturing. We make your parts efficiently, here!

5 Axis Machining

With our 5th axis capabilities we can machine nearly anything! weather it be a fixture that holds multiple parts to maximize efficiency or a complicated part that can be done with fewer setups and a higher degree of precision.

 

 

 

CAM Services

Have an old drawing that you need to make revisions to? We can help!

We can take your  hand drawn or 2D cad drawings and turn them into fully editable 3D CAD data and send them back to you in a wide variety of file formats. Have a 3D scan and need it in to editable NURBS or Parametric models? We can convert your files from STL meshes back into an editable NURBS or Parametric model.

Once your drawing is revised we can bring your idea to life using our wonderful shop full of cutting edge technology! We will help you contemporize an idea and create it.
